Christina Garcia Sanchez, CAPS, CFS
Managing Partner, Envision Search Partners
For over three decades, Christina Garcia Sanchez has been a driving force in the property management and affordable housing industry, blending operational excellence with commitment to people. Her passion for housing began long before her first official title, whether working as a receptionist at a property management firm while in college or helping a family friend manage rental properties, Christina was drawn to the idea of creating thriving communities where residents feel valued and at home.
Throughout her career, Christina’s focus deepened into the specialized world of affordable housing and senior living. She led with vision and empathy as Regional Vice President at National Church Residences, overseeing operations across multiple states, achieving sustained occupancy, strengthening financial performance, and fostering engaged, high-performing teams. In addition to operational leadership, she spearheaded new business opportunities by procuring third-party property management accounts, expanding the organization’s reach and impact. Along the way, she built a reputation for forging trusted relationships, mentoring emerging leaders, and navigating complex challenges with both strategic acumen and grace.
